Login To The Prescribing Guide
The Members area is for the 240-plus doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in the community who are helping to evaluate
improvements to the Prescribing Guide as we add more formularies and drug classes. Health care providers who are interested in participating can
send us an email (contact link) to ask about getting a user name and password. These versions of the Prescribing Guide are not
yet available to the general public.
If you have received a user name and password from us, please continue to the Login area. For users, we ask your help in not sharing passwords and logins.
