How about a hardcopy of the Prescribing Guide?
We made a hardcopy of the Prescribing Guide available for free in 2007 through a grant from the non-profit Robert Wood Johnson. Currently, there are over
200 providers in Hawaii who receive quarterly updates of the Prescribing Guide. Currently, our mailing list
is closed.
